Protecting children and young people is a top priority for MOP International Ltd. and for the app „AM Nest – Community & Kurse". These standards describe how we protect minors and state our strict prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We expressly and without exception prohibit every form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes in particular the creation, upload, storage, sharing, distribution and solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content or behaviour that endangers, sexualises, exploits children or contributes to their abuse is strictly forbidden on „AM Nest – Community & Kurse".

Measures and enforcement

• We remove CSAE-related content immediately once we become aware of it and permanently ban the accounts responsible.
• We provide an in-app mechanism that lets users report content or behaviour which violates these standards.
• We report confirmed cases of CSAM to the competent authorities and, where applicable, to recognised reporting hotlines.
• We comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of children.
